For Stetson, it's a fine-tuned, multi-step process that began over a century ago.
Stetson cloth hats are also crafted largely by hand. Take our newsboy and ivy caps for instance. These are cut and sewn by talented hat makers in Germany using only top quality fabrics from around the world.
I’ve proudly owned this same Stetson cap for MANY years. Certainly one of the most comfortable, stylish hats I’ve ever owned. While I’ve received many compliments on the hat, most people are surprised to find that it’s made by Stetson.
I would really appreciate if you can pass me the meassures of your hat, here in Argentina can't buy them, they are too much espensive, so, if you are so kind, would you send me the measures of it? Please???? Thank you very much!!!! I want to make my own cap, following the process of the video, but i need the measures!
Three years ago I bought my Stetson Hatteras Herringbone in Milan, Italy. Since then "he" is one of my best friends. A legend!

I just had to return my first Stetson. The stitching around the brim was uneven and looked like they'd used different thread colors. I am so very disappointed. Rockway in cognac.
