My uncle is a retired IAS officer. He was in the service since 1984. I have seen him work. No IAS officer sits in an AC room and only gives orders. They work very hard. Earlier there was no UA-cam and so we could not see their efforts. But it is because of the hard work of these IAS officers that the airports, the roads, the hospitals, and various other government machinery works. Without them there is no one to execute the various plans of the government. So kindly don’t make these misconceptions and judge the hardworking IAS officers. It’s easy commenting on their hard work sitting in a room with an AC.

उत्तराखंड एक देव भूमि है और यहां लोगो का तीर्थ यात्रा के लिए आना स्वाभाविक है, लेकिन बहुत से लोग अपनी इतनी गाड़ी लेकर आते है, जिस कारण ट्रैफिक बहुत होता है, और ईंधन जलने के कारण ग्लोबल वार्मिंग बढ़ रहा है, इन सभी वाहन को हरिद्वार में ही एक मल्टी लेवल पार्किंग बना कर फिक्स कर देना चाहिए, और आए की यात्रा सार्वजनिक वाहनों से ही होनी चाहिए तथा उत्तराखंड में यात्रा का रजिस्ट्रेशन होना चाहिए। बहुत से मौसमी नदी पर बहुत छोटे छोटे पुल बनाने से यात्रा सुगम हो जाएंगी। रेलवे स्टेशन और बस स्टैंड पर प्रीपेड सर्विस स्टैंड होने चाहिए वो भी प्रशासन के कंट्रोल मे।

@@somsom633 brother , commissioner and deputy commissioner are actually the ranks of administrative service not the police service. Police commissioner is a post not a rank which may hold by DIG or IG level ranked officer and that only in metropolitan cities , same DCP is a post usually hold by SSP level officer and ACP by SP level in common. Elsewhere they are known by their ranks only .

उत्तराखंड एक देव भूमि है और यहां लोगो का तीर्थ यात्रा के लिए आना स्वाभाविक है, लेकिन बहुत से लोग अपनी इतनी गाड़ी लेकर आते है, जिस कारण ट्रैफिक बहुत होता है, और ईंधन जलने के कारण ग्लोबल वार्मिंग बढ़ रहा है, इन सभी वाहन को हरिद्वार में ही एक मल्टी लेवल पार्किंग बना कर फिक्स कर देना चाहिए, और आए की यात्रा सार्वजनिक वाहनों से ही होनी चाहिए तथा उत्तराखंड में यात्रा का रजिस्ट्रेशन होना चाहिए। बहुत से मौसमी नदी पर बहुत छोटे छोटे पुल बनाने से यात्रा सुगम हो जाएंगी। रेलवे स्टेशन और बस स्टैंड पर प्रीपेड सर्विस स्टैंड होने चाहिए वो भी प्रशासन के कंट्रोल मे।

My uncle is a retired IAS officer. He was in the service since 1984. I have seen him work. No IAS officer sits in an AC room and only gives orders. They work very hard. Earlier there was no UA-cam and so we could not see their efforts. But it is because of the hard work of these IAS officers that the airports, the roads, the hospitals, and various other government machinery works. Without them there is no one to execute the various plans of the government. So kindly don’t make these misconceptions and judge the hardworking IAS officers. It’s easy commenting on their hard work sitting in a room with an AC.
DM/DC has no need to follow SP, but SP has to follow DM , that is the actual difference between administrative service and police service.
Wo DIG hai SP Nahi DIG is more powerful then Dc/Dm

Police commissioner is a post not a rank which may hold by DIG or IG level ranked officer and that only in metropolitan cities , same DCP is a post usually hold by SSP level officer and ACP by SP level in common. Elsewhere they are known by their ranks only .
