Dont lie abt raids and challanges being a good rr farm option , iv macro'd challanges for 50 hours straight with 2 accounts, got only 100 rr RAW, ( since i got like 40 rrs from the permanent quest )
I won't say that they are the best but once you don't have other options you will have to work with those two. It's all about luck at that point. 20% drop chance.
