Thank you for the memories! I was in Dinan for about 10 days in July 1999 for the Celtic Music Festival and enjoyed it so much. I now live in Tours and have plans to go back for a visit soon. I always cherish the memory of the Fest Noz we celebrated there on July 14. I asked the organizers if it was to celebrate the national holiday and he replied, 'Not at all!
