I agree with all the points you have mentioned. Living in Canada, I researched so much on food, skin & haircare, and medicals. Also, to add to hemavathi’s list: • get a full-body tests done to check any kind of deficiencies, etc. it’s very important. • check your shower filters. Hard and Hot water can cause tone of problems related to hair n skin. So make sure your shower and tap has filters installed. • drinking water filters. The hard water from the tap has loads of chemicals and mercuries called Led which is a major problems which might disturb harmones and this can lead to major health issues. Water filters can helps to filter out all the hard minerals and led related chemicals which might help in balance the problems from within. •if you try a new product, test it. If it doesn’t work, change it. Keep it basic and see what works for your hair. Also, some foods in the diet may not go well with your body development: so check for the signs. Hey , pls do check your vitamin d , vitamin b12 , serum ferritin , zinc magnesium . If all these are ok then check if you have pcod or thyroid disorder ( get a usg abdomen and pelvis and check LH , FSH ( on 3rd day of periods ) and prolactin , DHT for pcod - tsh and free t4 level for thyroid disorder ) . If you have dandruff treat it ( use 8x shampoo or scalpe shampoo twice weekly let it sit in scalp for 3 mins and then wash off , hair wash every alternate days , stop using oil as it aggrevates the dandruff ) . Stop using heat ( not even dyson , i know it difficult not to style hair but still ) . Never use scalp massager or detangler when hair is wet bcz hair breaks off easily when its wet so be gentle . Focus on high protein diets ( include pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds , walnut , dates , flax seeds , salmon , chicken , chia , greens , yogurts, fruits , fermented foods , spearmint tea , green tea literally include everything good for hair ) . Drink water , scalp massage daily once with wide toothed comb , exercise and sleep at least 8 hours that too normal circadian cycle . Reduce stress by doing meditation / yoga ( will help if its caused by telogen effluvium) sleep with braided hair . Hair oiling twice a week ( only if you don't have dandruff)and keep for 30 min then wash off bcz it only helps for improving circulation and hence new growth and rosemary oil has research showing similar effects to minoxidil but its not for everyone also can cause relapse when you stop . Now for supplements- Keraglo eva / Follihair a / Tricomax ( either one of these , all are hair supplements should take at least for 3 months after consulting a dermatologist) Scalp serums that contain redensyl like ordinary multipeptide helps in new growth , kerastase one with aminexil reduces hair fall . Use either one but every alternate days and when planning to stop using them never stop suddenly instead slowly reduce use so that there won't be relapse . I had major hair fall episode! I started sleeping early! Plus drink gallons of water... protien intake is the most important thing! Salads do make a lot difference with keeping it half the portion you eat. Don't brush your extremely wet hair straight out of shower. Let it dry for sometime.... minimum heat exposure will work too.. Don't brush in hurry ... hair needs lot of love... and yoh realise only after it's gone.... plus wet hair roots are very weak! Brush before and after wash to keep minimum hairfall! I hope these help coz they have really helped for my wavy hair.

I’m not any expert but the changes that i made once are really helpful so i wanna share here First things first Hair oiling is good but too much of oil is not at all good also do hair oiling treatment only once a week because hair oiling makes weak hair fall fast then helps to grow new hair follicles slowly which is good thing but by seeing our hair fall every time we apply oil make us very frustrating and depressing which makes more hair fall so to reduce our emotions 😂apply oil only once per week and apply less oil. Another fact is apply oil only to scalp and use the oil left on your hands to your ends after scalp message. By this you will be needing less shampoo to clean your scalp and hair. ur straightening ur hair too much I used to Strighten like u that's how I lost 40% of my volume later I did permanent straightening like for 2 and half years as I remember then I lost 20% so it's basically coz of heat although u use protectant it doesn't work that much as of my experience 😬 so yeah now I shifted to boy cut to get my natural hair back to curls so that atleast I can preserve the hair I left with now 😂 so hope this helps

I used to Strighten like u that's how I lost 40% of my volume later I did permanent straightening like for 2 and half years as I remember then I lost 20% so it's basically coz of heat although u use protectant it doesn't work that much as of my experience 😬 so yeah now I shifted to boy cut to get my natural hair back to curls so that atleast I can preserve the hair I left with now 😂

Get rid of the revlon hair brush and see magic happen, I’ve tried everything and realized that was the culprit for hair shedding
