- Hey you Leg Ends this is day 3 of learning the drums on my Yamaha DTXPLORER E kit.

You're doing great! I can't offer any advice as I have never even sat at a drum stool let alone tried to play them. However, you have takeaways from learning piano and guitar. Like start slowly, break things down, repetition etc. Record yourself, watch it back critically. I'm teaching myself piano so share your pain. I'm a lazy sod. That is my biggest issue lol. I might contact you shortly as I've been writing some stuff and am thinking about doing things with them. I've managed to wangle a new work schedule so will shortly be moving to a 4 day week. This extra day will be for putting music first. Something I've wanted to do for years but have never been able to. Anyway, enough rambling. You're doing great matey. Keep it up 👍😁 xx

Are you learning different strokes? (oh er miss!) you should learn to play everything using the different strokes so that you can play with varying dynamics, just Google drum strokes for all the info
yes good idea I have started adding dynamics into my rudiments its in the next video. So much to learn ....my brain...ouchie lol
