Harbinger sounds like it's going to be good for self-shock builds who want to use Galvanic Field

Harbinger is going to be cyclone CWC builds.

Cast while Channeling doesn't benefit from CDR though. It would be a bit wasteful to use the class just for shock/chill/curse resistance and 20% DR for CwC. Cast on crit, however would do well.

as for that new panel on map device.. first thing come to my mind was sanctum relics.. so a relics item for juicing maps, perhaps ?

Gambler cyclone coc lightning of conduit of the heaven with growling and spectacular spec can be work ? Maybe not cause the damage on hit is unlucky.. I don’t know but sound fun
