I have noticed that C-dramas have a lot of time to fill. In early U.S. TV scripts were bad and networks had lots of airtime to fill. A 1 hour program would have a story to tell, few props, little dialogue, and vast sweeps of open spaces. Later more airtime was filled with advertisements, making the story more condensed. Now a 1 hour program is actually 40 minutes.
I am going to stop watching it and wait until there is english subs because then I will have to rewatch the whole episodes lol i'm dying though I love this drama
