Hello! Thank you for this awesome video! I have a question - what would you advise someone who is unable to go to drama school (because they can't afford the fees and living costs without being able to work) - in terms of getting themselves as well trained as possible? Would doing a combination of Foundation type courses (with a drama school), part time courses and private coaching enhance skills to a good enough level in the absence of full time conservatoire training do you think?

You've totally hit the nail on the head! Shorter courses or even part time can help massively with you beginning to develop an Actor's process. You'll also be training alongside people who are at the same level and in the same position as you so you grow your circle of lovely people! Private coaching is also great because its bespoke to you instead of trying to cater to a larger group. In the end, there are so many ways of entering into the industry. There are wildly successful Actors who haven't train and there are wildly successful Actor who have - don't see training as the be all and end all. Persevere and enjoy the ride!
