I like how the top roller helps hold the log in place and helps feeds it forward! Return stroke seems a bit slow though, operator was feathering the saw waiting for it to fully retract.

maybe make some "ears on the ramming hopper to keep the wood from steering out of the wedge. Deepen the ram hopper and put a trigger on the measuring stick to activate the ram. ramming while cutting might increase your throughput?
