Where are you located? If it's high elevation, perhaps your toys are running lean? Lean mixture is hotter combustion. For carbs, rejet them appropriately. Fuel injection (like bikes with no oxygen sensor feedback) can be tuned.
If you have had this many bikes blow up then it’s not the bikes fault it’s your fault! And guess what if you take good care of your bikes then why the hell does it blow? That’s right you’re doing something wrong. Even the most unreliable bikes can be somewhat reliable if the proper preventives are taken. It’s obviously not your type of hobby if it keeps making you mad.

I have had my 99 yz 250 for like 11 years I have done 1 top end and regular maintenance stuff. I also have a 03 r6 stunt bike that I beat the shit out of had that for well over 8 years now just have had to do regular maintenance stuff. You have bad luck.
