This Mama by Forestala really took the Gregorian Chant to the next level. I hop you can also react to live performance of Mama by EXO in their rookie days.
I literally watched this yesterday for the first time. Somehow I missed this.
They did great. Their voices are chefs kiss.
Also only 10 years ago EXO was on the stage of Immortal songs and sang songs of other artists and now EXO gets covered on the very same stage. Which is actually very cool.
No one does it like EXO but great rendition to an iconic debut song.
@@eleonorestuart4089 9 out of 10 times the originals are always better....but here and there you can find covers that either are on the same level or sometimes even better.
Tbh I think Forestella is the only group capable to cover this particular song and they made a great rendition.

I love Forestella. And you're right they completely changed the song. Better/not better?? I'm an EXO fan and could hardly recognize the song. I would recommend Forestella White Night, Warriors or Lazenca, Save Us.

Felicidade que nao tem preço ver vocês reagindo ao FORESTELLA.
Eles criam os proprios arrajos nas musicas, alem das harmonias e decidem qual idoma irao cantar as músicas alem do estilo que irao abordar.. sempre fico impressionada com o trabalho deles. Tem musicas que eles cantam em russo, latim e inglês é surreal.

E fiquei muito feliz com a reação sincera de vocês... por isso gosto do trabalho de vocês... mesmo nao tendo sido com Time in a Bottle ou Shape of You ou as outras vocês apreciaram o trabalho do grupo sem desrespeita los.... mais é questao de gosto ... quando envio musicas deles é para conhecer o trabalho que eles fazem com suas vozes e sua criação nos arranjos e harmonias em cada musica que cantam. ❤❤❤❤
Eles nao costumam cantar musicas de k pop justamente pelas polemicas que os fãs dos grupos de k-pop fazem ( acredito eu), se nao estou enganada so existe essa e uma "brincadeira" que eles fizeram com uma musica do BTS, bem curta da musica FAKE LOVE.
Trouxe esse trabalho pois acredito que vocês devem conhecer tudo o que eles costumam fazer, apenas isso.

You like watching live performance. I recommend to you to react Treasure live performance like saitama concert of treasure, mama awards 2022, summer Sonic 2023 bona bona treasure, Golden disc award 2022 treasure, etc.
They did great, but somehow I felt that something is missing. 🤔 Maybe because I am used to see the members of EXO dancing so the performance felt different. or maybe the connection and feeling that the members show when performing this song. But yes a great cover.

I am here for EXO, the original song of EXO. I dont think they got EXO's vocals lol, just saying!
they definitely do have their vocals, if not better collectively. I think this is just one of those more difficult songs to cover. EXO mama is truly a unique song, not just in vocals but I think the vibe and delivery make a tone of difference as well!

Good cover but not as good as the original. Be sure to check out the original. Forestella does wonderful job on all the songs it covers.
So far I can't get into any of the Forestella videos even as an EXOL because I don't know the Forestella members and for me personally, it's not just the vocals that make me enjoy a group, it's who the members are as people and their interactions with other members, the happy and sad times they went through together. You guys said at the end EXO fans must be like mind blown. But for me, not really. The song becomes kinda meaningless and I feel detached when I don't care about the people singing it. But if another group I'm a fan of is covering an EXO song I would like it. This is nothing against Forestella. I'm like that with relationships in general as well. For example, I wouldn't get a crush on someone just bc they're attractive. I have to know something about personality in those cases as well.
I think if you really get into forestella and their personalities you would enjoy them more. They are actually a really hilarious group of men. They have frequently done v lives where they switch parts and its truly a amazing and hilarious sight to behold.
