I’m all for alternative pathways because it can help others who have taken another path to education a chance to become a cpa but this pathway is just crazy. You took the exa, passed and now you have to get a form and get it checked off. Should go back to 120 hours and two years of experience, along with passing the exam.
questionnaire sounds sorta close to some audit testing forms I've seen. You say you audited, do same as thing as last year, and check off that you did it.
So I got a MAcc ( and specifically all that debt that went with the extra year) … for nothing? That being said, my MAcc didn’t prepare me to pass the CPA exams - Becker did (not an ad)

Every young CPA - “pay us more to improve our life and the pipeline for future talent”
Every old CPA in power - “did you say you want a pizza party”
That’s the issue with these certifying agencies in cahoots with the states.
