I really like Hawkeye's conversation with Cloak. for T'challa's interaction with Cloak, he came off as a bit condescending because he's royalty talking to a guy who had it hard while Clint knows he needs to assure Cloak while also letting Tyrone know that he's still a fighter and.

I think Hawkeye is just really jealous that he has had to spend years becoming as good as he is while Adam was quite literally created/born the way he is. Adam takes a little bit too much pride in being considered the perfect human per se.

He has always been treated as an underdog, in universe and in real life, it's one of the themes of the character, even though Clint is one of the most skilled heroes in Marvel, he's freaking awesome!
