Salad Herring under the snow Delicious, tender and budget-friendly

A budget salad made from simple ingredients, an interesting alternative to “herring under a fur coat.” Tender and very tasty. I’ve cooked it with different cheeses, but I liked it best with processed cheese.

Ingredients:
1/2 lettuce onion
1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. Sahara
one herring fillet
150 g mayonnaise
1 green apple
5 boiled eggs
200-210 g processed cheese or any cheese
