Unfortunately both the express & regular shipping has gone way up I used to be able to get 6 packs for about $27 now 4 packs is about $32 & given the additional charge for duty in Canada 🇨🇦 I’m afraid ICE YARNS have become cost prohibitive for me. Hi, im new to your channel and fairly new to chrochet. I did knitting before but im bad at that. Crochet stiches and paterns seem to confuse me less. So i desited to take up crochet. As i need a calm activety to help me cope my braindamage and ptsd and anxiety. In this video i hear you say the number of needle on the wrapper and then say a size bigger crochethook . that confuses me a bit. I thought that the number of needle on the yarn wrapper counts for knitting as well as for crochethooks. Can you please explane what you mean to say? (for instance a needle 7mm means a size 8 mm hook. Why that is?). I find your tutorials very helpfull you are a good calm teacher. Thank you

Trying to find a solid with same texture/twist as Cakes Blues. Is Lorena Worsted comparable or do you know of another? I want to maintain the smooth, squishy, anti-pilling feel for the border.

Yes!! I have to rearrange my shelves, and often purge yarn that I no longer love... there are some really needy schools in my area, so it helps alleviate the pain. lol ;)

Love your latest haul, but I avoid working with mohair or any fluffy type yarns because they are a bugger to frog with crochet. Knitting not so bad. 😊💜
