      Dost ye ek power saving ka tareeka hai. Kam voltage banane ke liye kam power consume hoti hai, aur jyada voltage ke liye jyada. Toh jab aapko 24V ki jaroorat nahi hoti, tab SMPS 8.5V par change ho kar aapka bijli ka bill bachata hai ❤️👍

      रिमोट से चलनेवाले कोई भी सर्किट कों रिमोट से बंद या चालू करने के लिए स्टॅंडबाय 5वोल्ट की जरुरत होती है उसे 8.5 वोल्ट से 7805 Ic या कोई zener diode se regulet करके microcontroller ic को देते है.जिससे standby मोड पे कम से कम बिजली की खपत हो.
      और जब रिमोट से टीव्ही, dvd, सेट टॉप बॉक्स चालू करते है तो microcontroller ic के एक पिन से सिग्नल बीच वाली पिन कों देते है और opto coupler smps ki supply कों बढाकर 24volt करता है और मेन सर्किट यानी टीव्ही, dvd,, ON हो जाता है.
      अगर standby मोड में 24 घन्टे ज्यादा supply चालू रखने से बिजली का बिल ज्यादा आयेगा और circuit खराब हो जायेगा.
      इसलिये supply कम ज्यादा करने की टेकनॉलॉजि इस्तेमाल की जाती है.

    नमस्कार. आपकी विडियोज अच्छी होती है.
    दोस्तो , आज कें टोपिक पर 431 के 1 पिन पर 2.50 v मिलने चाहिए चाहे 8.5v या 24v का आऊट पुट का सिद्धांत लेकर कंपनीने सर्किट डिजाइन किया है.
    V =8.5xR1/R1+R2 फॉर्मूला इस्तमाल करे R1=24k, R2=10k सॉल्व करे , आपको V=2.50v मिलेगा.
    इसी तरह अगर आप ऊपर के फॉर्मूला में V=2.50 डाले और 8.5 की जगह 24 डाले और सॉल्व करे ...जैसे
    2.50=24xR2/R1+R2 solve करे, यहां R1=24 और R2 हम अगर कैलकुलेट करे तो 2.79k आता है.
    इसी तरह से अनेक कॉम्बिनेशन कर सकते है. फॉर्मूला और डिजाइनिंग मालूम हो.
    उम्मीद है मैं सही हूं.

      Refrence voltage to check karne par hamesha 2.5V hi milegi aapko, kyuki SMPS output voltage kitni teji se badte ya kam hote hain, ye to aapne video me dekha hi hoga. Bas usi teji se reference voltage bhi change hote hain, unko aap meter se dekh nahi paoge ❤️👍

    Very nice explanation.
    But sir in your drawing, the collector of npn transistor NX is connected to (-)ground and emitter to pin nbr 1 of TL431 through 200E & 3K6🤔. Confusing... I hope it may be a minor clerical mistake in marking emitter & collector...

      This specific circuit is designed as per the requirement, so it's working fine in both conditions, but not all general SMPS designs can work this way because their transformers are not designed for such voltage variation.

      ਪਿੰਨ ਨੰਬਰ 3 ਤੇ ਜੋ GND ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਿੰਨ supply line ਦੇ ਨੈਗੇਟਿਵ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਇ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿਚ ਬੋਰਡ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਨ 3 ਗ੍ਰਾਉੰਡ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਵੀਰ, ਸਭ ਕੁਛ diagram ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਦਿਸੇਗਾ, ਇਹ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ❤️👍

    मैने एक vivo का चार्जर को रीपेर करने कोशिश की ,जो आउट पुट 5v पे काम करते है, हमे 3.15v मिल रहे हो ।लेकिन चार्जर काम नही करताहै, आउटपुट पूरा नही मिलने की वजह समजाए या फक्चेशन पर v बनाए। धन्यवाद। आभार।

      कम वोल्टेज मिलने की वजह अक्सर फीडबैक रेसिस्टेंस की वैल्यू बदल जाना ही होती है दोस्त ❤️👍

    सर मेरे पास 19v 3amp पावर सप्लाय है उसमे 888 मॉड्यूलर लगाके चालू करता हु तो आउटपुट वोल्टेज एक बार आके बंध हो जाता है और जब बंद करता हु तो थोड़ी देर led चालू होती है क्या प्रॉब्लम आता है please next video explain. 888 मॉड्यूलर कितने amp के पावर सप्लाय में लगा शकते है।
