I know of a guy who took poison. Didn't die. He was taken to Kijabe Hospital, when he was recupriting, jumped from the first floor. He didn't die but got paralysed. He took poison when on a wheelchair and this time he died. These things are generational curses because I have seen it happening in certain families.

Counseling is offered freely at any government office. There are counseling professional bodies like Kenya Counseling and Psychology Association at Agip House and many others. The Government has incorporated Counseling into health sector.

Mental health issues are very difficult to deal with because of the stigma. People attempt and commit suicide due to mental illness.
