From what i noticed about the sunken GRE crates, the one that has guaranteed lvl 9 gear is on the top left of the sunken city, near the bridge and the sunken airdrop. The rest has like lvl 6-7 gear if i recall
i never undertood why we have two vendors that sell level 9 gear for ranged and one handed but not for tank or medic (not that i know anyone that play a medic build)
Also, you can get nice gear (the best Brawler setup) from Harper, spending some tokens. And from Shen Hui as well. Let's not forget about the Armory in the Pilgrim Outpost (The Armory). The military set there is insane (75% damage resistance from infected). Probably the best set. And the Legendary Renegade Boss Mask, if you didn't miss it (since Techland removed it from the site). And it's not the same as the mask you receive when completed the NG+.
Just had enough time to run through the water drops one time before heading to work. When I get home I'll hit it again, I'm hovering over the bridge one and put the PS4 to sleep. Thanks!

I started a new game plus without knowing I lose like everything in the map and I don’t even know if I have to go through like all the dark hollows and gre places over again or not but I’ve lost all motivation to play this game now and I’m disappointed plus the one carnage hall dlc thing I do not wanna do alllll of that again

I have a question, I took the inhibitors and my health bar was full, but the endurance bar was not full, is this normal, and if not, what should I do?❤

No offense man, but most of the community knows this and did not make a video on it cause it will get patched considering techland will ruin anything the playerbase likes.

I’ve spoken to them and they have even spoken about glitches publicly. “They are not too sure if they want to patch them or not because the community will do what they want to make the game fun. If that means glitching the game, they don’t mind.” I’m paraphrasing but that’s the basic thing they said. Some patches are not even intended.
Yea, its level 9. Most of the stats will be lack luster. If you want level 9 gear with actual good stats? Buy 999 of all Christmas gifts when they come back around. Otherwise, you're stuck doing what this guy did for a year. Lol this guy also baits ppl to sub with inventory lmao when you can get it all free.
You can go to the sunken city straight after receiving the paraglider but if you want to drain the the sunken city then yes, complete the story and make the relevant choice.

The Christmas gifts are super good but not everyone can get them whenever they want. The gear I got from the underwater ones were pretty often artifact lvl 9. That’s the best in the game

even if you quit the game, you will respawn next to the buss on the bridge if you activated that safe zone

That’s super rare. Normally you will get equivalent to your current rank or sometimes lower. It’s rare to get max level at level 4
