Thing is I only do ultra realistic high poly builds for now.. As I see it like if I do the hard stuff now it'll be easier for me to make low poly maps in the end.. Though I'm hoping to be able to sell high detailed builds.. But I'm not really "relevant" haha!
If your making your high poly builds in blender just remove the realistic teaxtures and replace with just a simple color maybe a gradient and if its high quality with a lot of smoothness and details add a decimate modifier and move it dowb to remove some details and make it lower poly

I think Roblox is a bit overpriced these days smh. Just a few years ago 300-400$ would be top map, not low detail/low poly map. But I don't know, top developers probably earn a lot which might be the reason. The thing is I can create these "300$" maps for 1 day. If I decide to sell my work and eventually get enough people to hire me, I can possibly earn 300$ a day. Now I don't know how this works, you probably dont get hired every day, but I'd sell such maps for max 50$ if I am hired often and I can create that for like 6 hours, which I can. If you think about it, 50$ a day is still a lot to earn from a lego game. I can create low poly tree for like 3 mins. Low poly asset pack for like 1 hour. Then you just make the map for 5 hours. Is that really worth 300$ these days? Then I can't imagine how much top tier builders from Elite Builders of Robloxia should get, maybe 2000-3000$ per map.
but what is the best way to get the robux trough shirts or just trough group funds or some else am new so i dont know how to even do it how to give them a copy or some and if they need to pay me first or jsut i need to give and than they pay me idk at all so if u wanna help with this maybe some new people have this question aswell

When importing things, there's a bar that appears with the name of the file, and I click on it to change the name of that file in Roblox Studio. I don't know if it's the same with Blender-Roblox though..

It’s been 10 months but if you still want to know, then uv edit the mesh in blender then export it as a .fbx file then import it to studio.
If you just want it plain collored export it as FBX. But use multiple meshes. You can export them all together, they will automaticly get splited.

Honestly these prices are way to high I think, after a couple weeks of using studios u could easily make some of these yourself
