My favorite verse from Surah Duhaa is“ وَوَجَدَكَ ضَالًّا فَهَدَىٰ he found you lost and guided you “ [93:7] it always hits me deep because although I was born into Islam I didn’t know much about it and Alhamdullilah I was guided.
Me too, God plan is wise... someitmes he does not give us what we ask either:
1. we are not ready yet 2. it is bad for us. 3. Save us from a calamity for a dua' (supplication) that was not good for us.. or saved as reward for Day of Judgement.

Also the verse about the orphan(s) made me cry like a baby when I first heard it recited and understood it!!
I feel like even born muslim have a moment when they are guided and they chose Islam because we question things too and luckily we had the answers in Islam.

grandma passed away not long ago, the only person who took care of me before my mom died and my grandpa died, my dad is somewhere where my parents have been divorced since i was little, now I only live alone with my brother, but I have Allah 🙏

As Abu Lahab is concerned ,he is the uncle of our prophet MUHAMMAD peace be upon him who used to hate Islam and do everything that go against it.
He and his wife were cursed by Allah for that in one of the Surat of the Quran.

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
: "Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease a difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and in the Hereafter. And whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) for him in the world and the Hereafter. And Allah is engaged in helping the worshipper as long as the worshipper is engaged in helping his brother."

Abu Lahab is Prophet Muhammad's uncle. And both Abu Lahab and his wife were vehement enemies of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w and Islam. They both spent their wealth and energy to persecute and mock Muslims. There is a Surah in Al-Quran Chapter 111, dedicated to both of them. It was said that should Abu Lahab pretend to be a Muslim, he actually could invalidate the whole Quran, but he did not and remain as the non-muslim till end of his life.
Al-Quran Chapter 111:1-5
1. May the hands of Abu Lahab perish, and may he perish.
2. Neither his wealth nor his gains will avail him.
3. He will bum in a blazing fire.
4..And so will his wife, the carrier of firewood.
5. On her neck will be a rope of palm fibres.

I love seeing your journey and I like your ramblings! I want to share what I recently went through with feelings of worthlessness because I think we all have these feelings and Allah showed me the Truth. I was in a state where i had literally given up everything for Allah, moved off the grid to the middle of nowhere, gave up all Materialism, Vanities, Gluttony etc. and took on a Minimalist lifestyle. But there was a block I could feel between myself and Allah and after much depression and Soul searching I nailed it down to worthlessness. Allah showed me that these feelings come from Shaitan whispering this nonsense into our heart and we believe it! By believing it, we take Shaitan as, "a sincere advisor" over Allah's Promises, which is a huge sin! We have to learn how to block these whisperings and TRUST IN ALLAH fully, wholeheartedly! This is how Faith enters the Heart, there's no room for Shaitan and Allah so banish that evil thinking. EVERYONE IS WORTHY ❤❤❤

There are always good things we could share, no matter small or big. Starting with our family and relatives, the community, then the society at large. It takes time. The end result is secondary. Allah only burdens or tested us, things that are within our capacity, capabilities and our intentions. What starts well, will always ends well.

Abu Lahab is one of the older brother of the Prophet's father, Abdullah, meaning he is his uncle. He was notoriously known as an enemy of the Prophet SAW and Islam. He and his wife used to harrased and mock the Prophet SAW whenever he's calling his people towards Islam. He used to throw feces and urine to the Prophet's house and eavesdrop every conversations in his house, since Abu Lahab's house was located next to the Prophet's house. One famous instance was when Al-Qasim, one of the Prophet's SAW son died, Abu Lahab and his wife eavesdrop everything. And when they heard that the Prophet's son passed away and heard the Prophet's sadness, they laugh out of their chest. So loud that it was heard by the Prophet SAW and his family. Allah curse them both and documented about them in the Qur'an, chapter 111, surah Al-Masad/Al-Lahab, alongside Fir'aun/pharaoh, Qarun and Nimrod as an example and warning for people who rejected His message.
