HOW to Trend VICTORIAN 1880's Hat ?

New Look pattern haul and this stunning 1880's Hat is another one of my tea party trends for 2024 tea party attire, that I plan to wear at our tea party event, and I am sewing up some dresses to finally choose the correct Victorian look. this Simplicity pattern 9296 is my first choice with this Victorian 1800 hat.
