Can someone please tell me how to change skins or outfits at the character selection screen
An even bigger issue is not being able to keep the skins permanent until you're ready to delete or change them? Once offline they reset back to the original skins, which is a waste of time saving them.

I purchased a preemie Edition as well. Mainly you get Johnny Johnny Cage like eight of his skins with that Premium Edition for some reason. You just go there customize character menu click on Johnny and in that menu right there is going to show you what you have and what you don't like it's going to be like 8 skins for Johnny to gears out of 3 this out of 30 very simple

You have to unlock the skins by story mode or the kyrpt

You would have to use ToT for DLC skins. I'm not sure cause I dont have them, but there could also be some in AI.

You have to unlock it and when you do go to kosmetics and change into the human form
