Write a note to the principle or just schedule a meeting with them, granting your child(ren) access to their phones and watches at all times. If you get push back, a quick visit with child(ren)'s pediatric doctor will get them a doctor's note so you can establish an IEP that can't be overruled by the district since it's federally protected.
