i have a subscription to motion array, so i get my stock footage from there - but if you google sports team free stock footage on google you will be able to find some free stock footage similar to the clips i used!
optical glow is way better but because its a part of a super expensive vfx suite (red giant) ive decided it's not worth it - id rather be using it but i wasnt using enough of red giants vfx suite to justify spending 70 dollars a month just to have optical glow - deep glow is a one time purchase and is still a good glow plugin - much better than the native AE glow plugin. So deep glow is all around a great option - i just wish it has as many customizable features like optical glows 3 color tint options

I prefer deep glow, but because it’s a paid plugin - I assumed not everyone would have it!
