Those condos might be very expensive. The only people who can afford to buy such property are the ones who are earning good salaries.

You need to check out as well those areas of Manila Bay, in the next 10 yrs that area will be the next business hub of Metro Manila, it will for sure surpass BGC as it has 16 new islands intended for urban living and offices. I believe as early as 2022 they started to sell for those upcoming condo units there, some of the islands are on the finishing stage of reclamation. Just a thought by the way. Cheers!
