Funny that Macho can get away with that when a few years earlier, Whitesnake vocalist David Coverdale once berated one of his guitarists for playing with his back turned to the audience, calling it "unprofessional". Suffice to say, the guitarist ended up leaving the band not long after that. But then again, the guitarist wasn't "Macho" either, I guess.
Promos for shows coming to MSG, Nassau, and Meadowlands back in the day, as well as the promos on the WTAF/WTXF airing for the Spectrum shows. WWF delivered great cards and matches to New York and Philly back in the day.
It's probably out there. Most Garden house shows used to air on the MSG Network, so if noone has it in their personal collection, it should be in at least the WWE archive.
