I just love it when people expect something but it turns out something else and yg knows how to blow people mind with this concept because he owns it in kpop world and im grateful because babymonster didn't disappoint my blackpink as hoobae (junior) i mean blackpink ate the gg groups in 3rd gen and will be the first kpop group who were in Coachella if you know you blackpink earned that platform but now i want baemon to eat like blackpink did and make them proud like yeah thats my hoobae( junior) who came in this industry because of us.
the picture frames part at the end is def the killing part for me. I really liked this song

That was fun and actually informative👍 So I was completely blown away by this, especially the ending! My expectations were exceeded after watching the teasers! So creative, so original, so captivating, just so good! Notice the two cochlea (spiral ear canals) on the walls behind rapping Ahyeon and Ruka, and also that they “rev” the two dirt bikes on the side walls during Asa’s amazing rap! Not 5 (YG’s 1st announced members), not 7 (members), but 10 out of 10 (score/flex)! “Boom boom pow”…Black Eyed Peas perchance? “Rum pum pum pum” à la f(x)? They ARE on a roll…Rolls-Royce Ghost that is! They all slayed! OT7👍 Great detailed analysis and explanations to your reaction! 🔥👍🔥👍 ❤❤❤ ❤ ❤❤❤

I don't think the mv cost millions, in Korea they don't throw money away like they do in the US, remember YG's most expensive mv was pink venom and they spent about 600k. They invest their money very well and know how to get the most out of all the props they use. Evidently the video is very detailed and I'm sure the budget was massive but I doubt it was in the millions.
most american mvs nowdays have lower budget than kpop.they are kpop mvs who costed more ethan 1 million to be made.
Wrong, YG’s most expensive movie was Treasure Jikjin and Jisoo Flower, YG made a statement that Jikjin MV cost $1,4 millions

YG Entertainment has now shared that the music video for TREASURE's new title track “JIKJIN” cost a whopping 500 million won (approximately $416,738) to produce.
And Jisoos flower was the most expensive but big part of that is because was filmed in the states, and rented a , Universal Studios movie set.

The live version on "it's live" is better for me, thanks for your honest opinion. For me when I heard this song for the first time I really did not like it at all, but now I have played it many times and the rap always slayy❤

you should better distinguish between the song and the video. For example, the switch in the end makes the video better for you, but that's why the SONG suddenly isn't a 10/10, if it was only a 7/10 before, then the video might be a 10/10

Finally someone said what I was thinking.... I watched most critic reaction channels and everyone is just saying the same thing over and over. You said that Sheesh sounds a bit weird and I totally agree. Its old slang and its weird that Millenials are trying to bring the word back. But yeah BM has a cool sense of direction and I like them stylistically. Just by reading the comments below, everyone is going bananas over Ahyeon coming back. She is a talented performer and brings a zip to the group but she isnt the be all end all.
I never thought that video editor's reaction can be this lame and boring. I tried to finished watching the reaction (and thank God I did!!!), hoping that he'll somehow be impressed on the song itself. He did though at the end but nah.

He is a video editor so he is gonna go into depth about all the techniques used in the video, if you just want to watch people staring at the music video without adding anything else to it, you should go watch someone else's content.
I'm not sure if him giving the song a 9/10 means he is not impressed...... Just because he didn't scream through out the whole video like a little girl doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy the song

Some people expressed this whole BP and Babymonster fiasco very clearly and imo very nicely. They said that YG is just doing YG. That no matter what they do it seems like they won't or can't win, so instead of trying something brand new, YG is just going to do what they have always done. They also said that Sheesh was not BP coded but YG coded and that because BP is the most popular YG group (and is also very much YG coded) Sheesh (being YG coded) will necessarily sound similar. 😅😅
