One question, do you think is possible to create a python rule for an hourly based payroll ? I mean, calculate all the hours worked by the employee in the month in projects and tasks using the field timesheet_cost in hr_employee ?

great video, but the employee & contract you created was hired on dec 10 I believe, but once you generated the payslip the worked days was calculated based on the working hour schedule "res calender". the question is how to calculate the worked days based on the contract start date in case of new hires? thx

you can create different categories as salary rules in Odoo. If the amount is varying employee to employee, is it will be a % of the salary ? if so you can try to set like that

How can I calculate Payslip based on contract start/end dates on Odoo 14? I want to calculate based on starting date and ending date of a contract which has been started from the 11th day of a month. And another contract ended on the 22nd day of the month.
