Respectfully, I have to disagree. Being born in the 90's was the best time to be alive. Things were cheap, there was no social media besides AOL chat rooms, and the worst decision to make was butterfly clips in your hair, or the choker with the heart on it. Times were simpler, music was awesome, and summer was unmatched.

Nostalgia is such a weird emotion. Part of it is pure happiness because it’s good memories. Part of it is sadness because you are missing the memories and wish you could go back. There is nothing quite like it. I will say though, I want to be better about daily being thankful for the present. People are just as friendly and real. They're just finding their way in a different world. We're all born the same, these songs came late in life for me but they resonate just as meaningfully. Don't write people off (not saying you are), we're all just starting from different places.

listen to We found love brings me back so hard.. I remember growing up hating it because when I was in elementary we listened to one radio station which played the same songs everyday while we ran laps in the gym.. I can heard the echo of We found love off the walls and the feeling of us running laps in the gym.
It hurts and makes me to happy to hear this entire playlist..
A longing to go back to the innocence on the good old days... but the happiness of the new found freedom

I was 3 in 2010, growing up with this "modern" world was amazing. But. I miss when my parants were doing there garden's and i would play in the hose water and run around with my siblings. Only happened few times but setting up a tent and telling scary stories. My dad telling me his crazy stories from his younger days... playing red dead... my moms stories about her childhood. My crazy trio of me and my 2 siblings... damm i miss the good days
