Very nice!
This is seriously a super (rava sooji) Indian words for semolina. We do make a lot of varieties of sooji cake in Malaysia
Malay Indian or Chinese version. This Turkish recipe is super I think the best. TQ.

Where can I find the full recipe please
Please watch the full video up to the end. And let us know if you still have queries. Thanks
If you mix oil and flour is the same effect easier to spread
It would be absolutely better if you mix the dry ingredients and the liquid ingredients separately first.

Arap değil,moğol değil, TÜRK....
@@elturco_5470 mongolian beef like you? your food is made of horse blood, this is Arab food since before u came from mongolia
This cake is indeed Turkish, not Egyptian. The name literally comes from the Turkish word for the name Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The cake was made as a celebration when the Turks conquered Armenia. It is ZERO percent Egyptian, especially considering Egypt was also under Turkish rule. Egyptians have just taken this Turkish dessert like they have many others such as Baklava etc. due to being ruled over and influenced by the Turks.
