The meaning behind this, the numerous versions and pains inside him that are building up are represented by the people he’s convincing slowly counteracting every reason he had by himself and when there were no more reasons left and he still felt the same he couldn’t help but mourn... deep, maybe I interpreted it different but that’s what I got..
I’m so glad you made it consistently Kageyama. Other animatics have the characters change and I think that loses the message of the song. It’s about someone thinking about every reason they want to die and explaining why it’s irrational. They are unknowingly talking themselves away from the edge. Then they find a problem they can’t just dismiss. That’s when they needed someone else to intervene. It’s a good way to show the difference between actual suicidal thoughts and depression thoughts. Depression thoughts can be about anything and can sometimes blow things out of proportion while suicidal is rooted in deeper problems. TLDR I love you stick to the message of the song!
