meruem eats gon alive lol, pitou said gons power is similar to meruem pre level up,and him having power still wouldnt mean he could have beaten meruem, also you are GREATLY overestimating how strong kilua is,not all troupe members are super strong in a fight, some are there for their useful nen abilities, but the top 4 troup figthers are busted
@@febri6551 first off, that's a spoiler and should not be here. Now for my spoiler, Hisoka only does it because they had their Nen stolen by the Boss and where weakened. Hisoka is the poorest written character on the series, he is only alive because Togashi knows his fanboys would cry if he died. Shalnark with his SS could have easily killed him, he had no Nen he was a normal person there, Hisoka did not "destroy" anyone, he killed a normal human without Nen by surprise. Hisoka is not strong, Chrollo was literally playing with him, he is just overhyped because most fans are dumdum. His Nen should not have been able to revive him, since his lungs where burnt to a crisp, that was poor written just to make his fans happy. There is no need for Hisoka to exist since Kurapika will take care of the troupe and Killua is already much stronger than Hisoka.
The Ant Queen gave the king the name "Meruem", which means "the light that shines upon all". That came to pass in this episode when he used his En, which manifests as an all-encompassing, blinding light
01:31 "It might be a side effect of my memory loss." Funny, but I wouldn't count this as a _side_ effect. More like a _direct_ effect. He lost the memory of what was in this room.
4:55 Merum wins because he's got better IQ and Battle IQ. Also I don't believe we ever see him use an actual Nen Ability (Jajanken, APR, Bungie Gum ect)

On the topic of Gon vs Meruem, my money is on Meruem. Adult Gon was believed to be equal to a pre-rose Meruem by Pitou so with pouf and Youpi's help, he is better aura wise. Gon is still in the ballpark where he could do something and possibly win, but then we get into the other factors. Thanks to Youpi and Pouf, Meruem has access to a wide variety of abilities and he's getting better at using them, whereas Gon just has Jajanken. While Gon has more battle experience overall, his best showing of using his head in a fight is knuckle compared to Meruem who got to hone his fight IQ against Netero. Couple this with his wide variety of options from his abilities and he will absolutely be able to keep Gon on the back foot.
Gon was probably close to meruim before his powerup, but I can’t imagine him winning. Meruim is too durable and too smart. Now? Even adult Gon wouldn’t be able to do anything.
Well, Pouf's plan was to get rid of Komugi and never let Meruem see her ever again. Plus, Palm promise to Killua that will never let enemy reach Komugi, that's why she focus all of her strength into the situation at hands.
one piece has a lot of filler, like, A LOT, thats why i stoped watching. The manga has a way better pace. But if you have time, you can watch the anime and just skip all the flashbacks.
Theoretically Gon can beat even post Rose Meruem. But... he need to pay even more price or only able to use it in a much shorter time in exchange for even more power. After all we don't know how much stronger Meruem compared to Pitou.
@kondorianosomiany9923 Emphasize on Theoretically. The shows never said it's Gon's maximum power but instead "To the point he can beat Pitou". Another point is that Gon use the power for quiet a while, it's not one use and gone. Remember vow/condition is a multiplier he can add more condition like "Only for a single attack" or "Only against Meruem", etc. There's also no clear proof for it hence the community question whether adult Gon can beat Meruem or not. This is just theoretically based on how nen works, since there's no clear limits on nen possibilities
@@regalroyn1011 The issue to vows and condition is that it's not that easy to set them. Gon has a very powerful motivation and reason to fight Pitou which is what makes it possible for him to let go everything in exchange for the power to defeat her. He doesn't have the same personal enmity against the king. So it wouldn't really be possible for him to set a condition directly related to Meruem. If it were that easy to set a condition, it would be often used as a last hurrah. You face an opponent that's too strong for you and you're going to die, then you set a condition for a power that would only work against them. People don't do that because they can't. A condition needs to be deeply personal.
@@Djorgal Once again, theoretically. Means in theory, means in the most ideal condition it's possible. Like theoretically I can become the president, but in reality I probably won't

hisoka destroys the troupe now post boss fight - literally low diffed Shalnark and Kortopi together and cleared ship

He meant that the *feeling* that something was missing might be a side effect. He has no way to know one way or another, if he doesn't remember.

Meruem wins. Gon K was closet one to defeat Meruem, but that was Meruem that Pitou knew, not Meruam that ate Pouf and Youpi already.
If Mereum had some cockroach DNA…

Killua is nothing to top tier phantom troupe members. Remember Chrollo fought Killua’s dad and grandad and survived. There are levels to this.

Gon already used all he had. Gon cant win vs pre-rose Meruem and post-rose Meruem destroys adult gon.
