Hi sir, suppose your tv 55" 4k which support dolby. I just bought 43" (no dolby support iguess) and no dolby setting on the tv. Struggling a week to connect my very old sony home theater (dolby, prologic2, dts, surround etc) and giveup 😥😥

I had a couple of issues with my unit, but I will list the prevalent ones for now:
1. I can't seem to play any Amazon prime video on the Mi Tv 4A. I guess this is because of the absence of Google play services. Can you help me out?
2. The default UA-cam app didn't install on my device even after 2-3 days automatically. As a workaround, I have installed it via USB. But this is bugging me.

TechPP bro I bought this tv and using it since 1 week but m not at all satisfied bro... The main con which m facing is about the display. Our eyes gets stained, We can't watch for a long time especially the Patchway applications and the other thing is d motion blur especially while watching football. Yes, they have preloaded the UA-cam app. And the procedure to install APK is pretty straightforward. Let us know if it's not clear.

R U a Mi Technician? Bought Mi43" before 2days & after installing by Mi engr. i found that its Miracast is not working well & after 3-4 mnts. of playing, photos/videos hangs/stopped. The installation worked for 3 hrs for updating system to 1.0.2, bu t in vain. Mi is doing nothing. Any suggestion or tips ?

It automatically upscales to 4K, but yeah, it's not perfect.

There is a common say that i heard, that the black levels and the existing contrast levels in the Mi tv could have been better. Can you suggest any settings tweaks to achieve greater contrast levels or maximum picture quality?
There are presets like Standard, Movie, Sports etc. but they aren't meant to hide the deficiencies. In all fairness, the display quality is very good, shouldn't worry too much really
Calibrate your TV as per BT.709 standard and it should look fine. I've done the same and PQ looks really good for a TV priced at this segment.

Only Mi TV 4 comes with Dolby, not 4A.
