It bothers me that Cyrus actually wiped out that alternate world and recreated it all in his name. He's essentially the god of that world now..Can't wait to challenge him again, maybe because he's the villain I felt was the most threatening to the entirety of the Pokemon world. This remix just gets me even more hyped about USUM..13 days have never felt so painful lol.

Amir Alon They'd remake Diamond and Pearl, not Platinum. They've remade Gold and Silver, not Crystal, and they remade Ruby and Sapphire but not Emerald.
And they've also remade Red and Blue/Green but not yell... oh, wait.

Personally I liked the first one better, this one has more of a SM vibe with the synth, and the first one feels like the DPPt one but renewed, wich fits more in a remake.

I feel like I'm about to blow someone's mind here but here goes:
In the dimension he comes from, you lose at spear pillar, Giratina never showed up and he created his ideal world. All the leaders from USUM that were in previous games' plans succeeded. E.g In the universe that Ghetsis came from, BW2 never happened since he won first time around.
Does that explain it?

That really brings up the question of why Cyrus is even here. He only cared about creating his ideal world, so why would he bother with helping Giovanni?
Same thing with the other Bosses, especially Maxie and Archie. Their goals are directly opposite of each other, even.

Imagine the afterstory of a Sinnoh Remake. Cyrus comes back and wears this amor. He tries to make a new Universe again. He tries to catch Arceus and tries to make a giant blackhole with a new universe inside. He abuses Arceus to create it.

How does this not have more views? It has got to be my favourite version of this theme, and mind you I am extremely particular about Cyrus's battle theme. The original is clearly a reference to Also Sprach Zarathustra by Richard Strauss, most commonly known as the 2001: A Space Odyssey theme. Your version not only captures that without being too literal, but provides all this additional flavour, in what I would describe as Cosmonaut Swag. It's very grand and unique. I'm returning to this once more after the absolutely infuriating disappointment that was the BDSP remake of this theme, to remind myself that all is not lost in this world.
Yeah Zame is really amazing at his remakes.

Funny story, I used to think that GlitchxCity was the only pokemon remixer that was good, but then I found you, you really kill these remixes (and if GlitchxCity is reading, you also kill them remixes)
I honestly don’t know which one I like more, this one or the previous one. I like the previous one since it’s quite intense and all and I like this one cuz of all the synthetic sounds which really suits Cyrus as a whole. I FEEL SO CONFLICTED!!!!!

In my opinion this is much better than the official remix in USUM. But of course nothing can top the original theme.
I swear, the Sinnoh remakes better be called "Infinite Diamond" and "Absolute Pearl". And if there's a postgame episode involving Giratina, the "Negativity" episode.

Cyrus. The first villain boss I faced in the series, with Galactic being the first evil team. Everyone can have their Team Rocket and Team Skull, I'm sticking with these guys.
I think Cyrus has to be the best Pokémon villain in the series so far. I mean he’s the only one that got close enough to ruining the world. Archie and Maxie are a close second though.

Personally I felt like the guitars made the remix sound amazing in some parts.
I hope Gamefreak remixes Cyrus and Ghetsis's themes, while giving Giovanni his own signature them that differs from the usual Rocket Grunt theme.

In sm ryuki had a small part of challenging you for champion title but in us um he has a bigger part so that gets me thinking, he will the battle tree bosses be in us um? That includes red and blue to beat team RR

I appreciate the synths and yet I can't help but to want to guitar back. I think it would thematically fit to have both at the same time and/or alternating in rhythm-less patterns (Disruption World = disruptive music).
Everything else was a direct upgrade from v.1
Edit: Perhaps differentiate guitar and snyth by adding a hint of "grunge" to the guitar?

This one is really good, this sounds great, but I'm not able to say which of the the first or this one i prefer. The drums are great. But I just found that the there's not enough bass ...
