The Tata Altroz Racer has been teased again in anticipation of its June 2024 launch. Customers can book the hatchback offline at select Tata dealerships across India.
Price: The Altroz Racer is expected to start at Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).
Engine and Transmission: This sportier version of the Altroz will feature a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine (120 PS/170 Nm) derived from the Nexon. It will come with a 6-speed manual transmission and is also expected to offer a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT).
Features: The Altroz Racer will include a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology, a 7-inch fully digital driver’s display, ambient lighting, a sunroof, and cruise control. Additional features may include ventilated front seats and a heads-up display.
Safety: For passenger safety, it will be equipped with six airbags, a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX child-seat anchors, and rear parking sensors.
Rivals: The Altroz Racer will compete with the Hyundai i20 N Line.
