Great stuff! Audio was fine. I'll start paying attention to my feet.
Hello, I have recently been really struggling to keep my right foot firm on the pedal. I ride flats and a couples of months back I hit a jumps and had a nasty shin cut, ever since I feel as though when I’m in the air my right foot seems to hover slightly or just not stay firmly planted on the pedal making it really hard for me to gain confidence while hitting bigger jumps. I was just wondering if you had any spare advice along with this amazing video to help me.
THANK YOU! Great content as usual. I'll be enjoying Bentonville with my turbo levo this weekend and will definitely pay attention on the stance and foot work! With the heavier e-bikes you really need to be spot on to get the max height and distance.
I have watched all the commercials, I hope it helps. keep up the fun videos my friend

We love going to bentonville! May have to see about some lessons for my 14 year old son!
Thank you for a great clear explanation foot position I've turned to flats from clipless to become a better rider..
Thank you great help I ride at 48 years young lol and I always wondered Why my foot was off-balance
Are you scooping with one foot or both on the jumps ?
I'm wondering when peddling with flats you are on the ball of your foot similar to normal clipped in position, but on big drops I often position my foot centred on the peddle as to not get strain sensation through ankles on landing.is that a concern with clips ?
Wow. I wish I live near to this MTB training school. And Anne is such a sexy instructor.
Yelling into the microphone = ouch
Getting air is something I've struggled with.. and still do. These instructional videos with "real" everyday riders is sensational. Thank you!
You are welcome! Hopefully they help you at home with getting more airtime!
