- As the most common liver disease in the world, Hepatitis B is a life-threatening liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus, or HBV. It can cause chronic infection and put people at a high risk of death from cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) and liver cancer. In 2015, 257 million people were living with a chronic form of hepatitis B, and almost 900,000 people died from it. In this video, you’ll learn a bit about the background of hepatitis B, its symptoms, transmission, molecular mechanism, prevention, and treatment!

I have a question, i recently visited a salon which required underarm shaving before using diode/razor and i assumed that they didnt use a sterile razor. I checked my undermarm after and there were no nicks and cuts. Can I still get HBV/Hep C and HIV after that?? Im very anxious right now

I'm inactive hepatitis B carrier with very low viral count, and I'm 21. So is there any chance that my body will git rid of those viruses completely over the period of time.
I can tell you are a real person and not a bot trying to scam people. I have Hep B too. I take Truvada and my viral count is 0. I tested negative once in 2019 and now in 2021 I still test positive for Hep B. 1% of people have eradicated Hep B on their own immune cell with low viral loads. Talk to your doctor brother

I decided to look into the virus because after receiving the vaccine at birth & now three rounds of the vaccine again I have yet to develop any antibodies or immunity.
You might have had it in the pass and your body cleared it the vaccine is no good to you u have natural ammunity
@@none-qb8wg I don’t think so, see I was first given the vaccine at birth, then when I worked at a hospital they tested my immunity, I had none. So I was required to receive the vaccine three more times a blood test in between each time. I’m just part of that 5% of non responders, I live a relatively clean life style so as long as I’m not exposed to an infected individual I should be fine.
I was like u I had the vaccine I was not responding after more tests the Doc said I had it about 30 year's ago and my body cleared it. most do he said I have my onw natural ammunity and have antibodies for life I'm now 40 think I got it when I was 5 you could be right tho the doc said loads off people have had heb b they clear it and never know they have had the virus
