I would mention to the first inana, that it is good to cast where people have gathered or ping the spot you gonna cast it(if people are spread around). Dont think i have really ever seen anyone do second inana(viable option yes), that said people with low dmg=> most would use thirain here. Early days we had to toss sometimes inana, thirain, thirain just to make it due to low dps and dead people. In last phase(optional) the leader can aim the thirain at slight angle to kill some of the tentacles with it as well as do destruction, since they are quite annoying especially for supports that cant kill them. I would only bother if you have all destruction on cooldown(yourself) and it is fully safe to do with minimal delay to using it. My personal choice is inana at 140(dont trust people in pugs with bar) and then keep thirain till the end for extra destruction.
