A manager whom always leaves a smile on my face, a manager who just has the balance in 'dropping back a gear' when he is off the pitch - providing so many of those who love watching him do everything from special visits, sports games or catching up with fans that's what I just love about this is Klopps energy, kindness, enthusiasm. He's a joy to have in our club. YNWA. We may not have won as many trophies as other teams but I would sacrifice trophies for the positive spirited squad and the energy that Klopp brings to our club. As a Real Madrid fan, I have to say I have a massive respect and admiration for Jürgen. In my opinion he is the best in the world by far. And it has been like that for almost 10 years now. And he looks like a friendly person and very funny too. And his laughing is contagious looool
Fifa could give Klopps players 100 on everything and Klopp would still say "This is a joke, not good enough" Because Klopp has such a great bond with the squad, its his team and as far as he is concerned, they're the best for him. Few if any can match his 1 to 1 man management skills, i honestly dont think any other manager could get this current liverpool squad the success its had, no disrespect to them but players like Henderson probably wouldnt get into city or chelsea first team but because of Klopp Henderson became a solid all rounder.
