Emigrated from Holland to France 5 Years Ago: Going back to our Old Life is a Thing of the Past

Bonjour! Over five years ago we started a new life in France. The goal was to combine working, living, enjoying and vacationing in a way that made us happy. Because everything we wanted to do and are still doing is new to us, it is learning by doing every day. We still like that very much. Of course, as every life has, we know highs and lows. But going back to our old life is a thing of the past.

Het leven is één groot experiment . . . . jullie credo . . en zo ziet het er ook uit. 5 jaar caravan, 5 jaar poep uit de schuur . . .. en toch zeg ik . . ik ben jaloers op jullie durf om te kiezen. Het gaat er tenslotte niet om wat ik er van vind maar wat jullie er zelf van vinden. . . En eigenlijk ben ik nog steeds jaloers op jullie . . blijf vooral jezelf.
