This is a monster of a home. We are still building like we did 70 years ago. Ghana especially hasn't developed much when it comes to building technology. Our buildings are still too heavy in my opinion

Magnificent! Ishmael, you have created another masterpiece. I love the high ceilings and the windows at the top for allowing more light into the house. The deck on the roof is a bonus for this house. I can imagine the owner chilling out and enjoying the views. Beautiful ❤️🙏!

Thanks for sharing the home. It has come a long way. The roof looks great as well. If it is possible, it would be good to create an opening in the wall that is shared by the living room and dining room. This would prevent the need to enter the hall or walk past bedrooms and bathrooms to get to the dining area. It will also introduce the light from the beautiful window in the living room into the dining area. Thanks for sharing. ✌🏾

What is red paint saying on the wall? I saw it on another house also somewhere else? Keep up the good work.
It reads "Court Case" That was painted at the wrong location hence having the estimate company cross them out about a year and half ago
Interesting roofing ideas here. What is the standard roofing height and how long is the roofing for this project high? What is name for the kind of roofing used for the part of building which is roofed?
Skillion roofing design its called
The standard roof height from floor to roofing is between 10ft to about 12ft. You can go more depending on your preference. The name for the roof is Skillion roof. The roofing height for this building ranges from 16ft to about 22ft depending on the side of the building you are because of the slopy land
