What is the Anthropocene?

This video tells you about the Anthropocene as a concept and idea. While in March 2024 the International Commission on Stratigraphy rejected the Anthropocene as a replacement for the Holocene, they also stated that it was an important idea outside of Geology. The video ends with a teaser toward the next video, about Gaia.
