The whole range of Trappistes Rochefort beers are...exemplary...especially the 8 and the 10. My faves are the 8 and the Triple Extra, but I would never turn down ANY Rochefort. La Biere Fait La Force!
Love your content man. You’ve been doing this for a long time brother. Cheers.
Great beer! I'm having it with sheep ribs. Thanks to the monks making this!
Great Beer, starting with the nose, amazing fruit aroma & tasting is smooth & gentle. Cheers
I definitely would love to be drinking this.
Best beers in the world
Before the videos end I always try to guess Simons rating 😄 🤣 😂
me too 😄
I just bought 4 of these yesterday, haven't tried one yet. I know since it's a Belgian Trappist ale that it will be great. It's the first time I've seen it here in Canada. I would pour it gently myself, don't know what all the beer geeks recommend.
Remove the foam with a spoon, do not be shy) The aroma interferes with the feeling
Beautiful beer!
Great review - looking forward to getting my hands on one !!!
🤫 There is no Rochefort 12. Maybe you mix it with St. Bernardus
That's what the monks want you to think...
Great awesome beer. Great addition to my favorite, the Rochefort 10.
I’m sold . Getting mine tomorrow. Splendid review
I prefer not to add the sediment as I think it spoils the taste, but that's my preference. Have you tried Delta IPA by Brussels Beer Project ? One of the finest Belgium beers I've tasted, that and Troubadour Magma 👌
I personally think it depends on the beer
How you doin mart keep up the good work our kid nuff love
This one is such a classic!!!
Oh my looks and sounds AMAZING! I love a Belgium. Just brewed one myself. Got an 8 and a 10 a kwak and straffe hendrik to try and do a vid on. Brilliant super interesting again cheers I salute you sir cheers 👍🍻
Great review, fairly sure rochefort only does 6,8,10,and this one tho, no blonde
Love this guy
Its Rochefort 6, 8 and 10 they brew. La Trappe makes a Blond.
great review
Good enthusiastic review of a great beer. Should be pronounced 'Rosh-For'. Sorry.
Looks like a decent ale.. Now I just want to drink it..
Great video !
I can say that a 40+ year old Grolsch has tons of sediment in it.
Interesting facts Simon
Looks good
had this last night lovely
Boring Sober people: Exemplary.
*Beeraholics: **4:56** EXEMP-RU-DRE- cant even say that word... Exemprlutry.* * *Laughs in Welsh* *
😂😂
Does Simon have a specific Welsh accent? My American ears just hear a “British” accent. I don’t think I’d know a Welsh accent if I heard one.
@@nathanrodriguez780 yea Probably hard to hear, if you not from uk
@@nathanrodriguez780 It’s extremely subtle but yes you can tell, I mostly just said that as a joke though haha
@@nathanrodriguez780 You can hear the Welsh tone, though it is more subtle than other Welsh accents that are stronger. Watch and listen to former rugby player and now commentator Jonathan Davies. That is a stronger Welsh accent.
@@nathanrodriguez780 slightly, he’s got a very light accent compared to some other welsh people but all in all I think a lot of them don’t have a particularly strong accent as some times you can’t even tell if they are welsh and that’s coming from someone who lives in England and has been wales quite a few times
If you like your beer a trip to Belgium is a must , most of the bottles are a euro or 2 each . Try Bush Amber , it will blow your socks off .
Where can you buy this from?
Do you prefer pouring the sediment in with the ales? As I've always been told to leave that behind. Also isn't the size of the head dependant on how you pour and how cold it's served..?
I spent some time in Belgium and the locals do not pour or drink the sediment
@@stillages1 Exactly.
You want to try that Joseph Merrick beer. It's got a mega head on it...
How did you get it? It isn't even out in Belgium... (they sold it in VERY limited edition and I could get my hands on only one)? How did you get it from England?
This video is partially wrong. Rochefort does not have a 12.
i like rochefort better than westvleteren 12
Where can you pick this up?
Simon, where can I get this?
Probably since you tried to swig 10 Duvels 😂
We're do I get this..???
Don't swill it around in the bottle!
Random comment
how did you get this
He says in the video, Beer Merchants.
@@beerbuildings Yes, but which Beer Merchant?
@@sevenman9672 That's the name of the company, I can't post the link but if you Google Beer Merchants it's the first result.
Stick to “stone the crows” 🤣😂
Simon do your research. You don't even know the rochefort range
Le verre est pas le bon....! Sacrifice.
