The way fatal blow is in this game makes the cheap wakeup fatal blow almost ineffective. You have to skillfully input the fb in your combos and I like that
i hope they put in the tag mode from mk9. also i just saw a combo video of mk11 assist combos. i forgot they had assists in mk11. they're pretty cool and you can get assists from every character in the main roster
playing the online beta right now with kitana and after trying subzero, li mei and liu kang i have to say kitana is my favorite in this game right now.. hoping mileena and a few others capture my interest. this will be the first mk i wanna play multiple characters

I am very happy that NRS made the D2 anti-air conversions Kameo-based in this game. the MK11 D2 conversions were hype, but MK1 is on a completely different level. it would have been a major bummer if D2 AA’s didn’t lead to anything other than knockdown lol.
Why is it that every game kitana is always underpowered and under performing compared to other characters? Then one day she gets hella buffs and suddenly she’s OP
fr a character that can start combos full screen and convert whiffs to a full combo is pretty strong she just a huge knowledge check so only in that sense she weak from game tech, wht the real question how many hits can she do to avoid a breaker cause her ex fan thing she don't touch you and can u combo into the ground trap to be safe?
i wish i could get into mk finally, it looks so cool when anyone else plays it but me, i want to also do these crazy combos yet when i touch the controller it's just shit.. i can't get used to the movement/controls also because i never played a fighting game before, i tried 11 and i just dropped it because it was so hard for me to get into it.. maybe i finally make it here, either way i am looking forward to your videos so much for mk1 i bet they are gonna be so good :D
MK1 is way harder than 11 ... but from someone who sucks to another ... be prepared to spend hours practicing. Fighting games aren't what most people would consider casual. Good luck though!
The combos in this game are crazy. I always get excited when I remember that there are 20 and 16 more kameos characters to reveal and how every match will just be different due to the Kameos
I'm quite happy the D2 combo enders are so bad now. It was so annoying seeing that in 11 every match cause why do harder inputs when D2 does a little less and is so much easier.
