"I'll get a platinum if it's easy and it's a game I really like." Me too, Rob, me too. I only have like 3 or 4 platinum trophies, but they're all for games I've loved. There are also games that I love that I'll never get the platinum for, like Stardew Valley.

I've only got the Journey of the Prairie King achievements left on both PS4 and Steam. I keep telling myself that SOMEDAY I'll take a week to get good at it, but it never happens. In fact, I think I've gotten worse. I used to be able to win the short one in Abigail's heart event fairly regularly. But now I can't even do that.
'Rage Man' needs to become a series of videos. Setting gaming challenges for Rob designed to make him rage as much as possible. Gives a break from 'lets scare Dave'

Poor Nathan, identified as patient zero. And Rosie spreading it outside the workplace. The US has a similar western trail, the Pacific Coast Trail, from Mexico to Canada going through California, Oregon, and Washington. My friend who completed it took 4 months.

The structure you've gone for works so well, and it's really nice hearing you all talk and discuss things without the pesky distraction of having to play a game getting in the way! Also a bi-weekly/two-weekly/fortnightly release is *perfect* otherwise I'd definitely end up falling well behind...as I do with the few other weekly podcasts I sub to. Talking about school performances brought back alot of memories for me, but mainly when I was 12 or 13 in our production of High School Musical, I played Zeke and every night I would absolutely mess up the choreography of the basket ball dance Get Your Head In The Game. I was also known as crème brûlée for the next 3 years
I wish devs would give more love to the way trophies are designed. A good Platinum for me, is when the trophies serves as a guide for the player to experience at least a little bit of everything the game has to offer. It might be challenging, but always making sure that anyone is able to accomplish it with some time. "grindy" trophies, are something bad in my opinion.

Currently listening while trophy hunting on my PSTV. Edit: 133 platinums so far. Since finishing elden ring I've gone back to my PS3 and Vita as well as older ps4 games and just really enjoying it. Anyone else hunting on the older games or platforms, hit me up, if I can, I will help!
The podcast is great! I will say, I'd never even entertained the idea of getting a platinum before I started following Access. I just figured they were this unattainable thing that I wouldn't get because I never play hard mode or anything, and then I heard Rob talking about the Ni No Kuni 2 platinum. I had started the game, and was loving it, so that made me check the trophy list. I was more than happy to keep exploring that world, and before I knew it, I had my first platinum.
I find reviewing and finding trophies I haven't yet achieved in games I've played in the past gets me to go back and revisit games I would have otherwise forgotten, especially since I own so many digitally and they're simply out-of-sight and otherwise out-of-mind. There are wonderful games on PS4/PS5, but I revisit and enjoy some really great games from generations past, motivated just by trophy hunting.
I really like hearing a little bit more about you four that's a little aside from PlayStation. All of the access crew past and present are genuinely very entertaining people who always bring a smile to my face.
I’ve been watching Access for a few years now, and I have to say that I think this is the best the gang has been, the four of you really bounce off each other and make each other laugh, and also make me laugh. A lot. Keep it coming.👍🏻

Great podcast! Loved it. I just got my 41st platinum last week which was FFXV going through some games I have in my PS+ library and the PS Collection. I may have caught the bug trying to catch Rosie. I just recently started having the sickness for Platinum Hunting. For the longest time, the only 2 Platinums that I had was Infamous 2 and the PS3 version of Jak & Daxter. Since finishing elden ring I've gone back to my PS3 and Vita as well as older ps4 games and just really enjoying it.

The podcast is great! I will say, I'd never even entertained the idea of getting a platinum before I started following Access. I just figured they were this unattainable thing that I wouldn't get because I never play hard mode or anything, and then I heard Rob talking about the Ni No Kuni 2 platinum. I had started the game, and was loving it, so that made me check the trophy list. I was more than happy to keep exploring that world, and before I knew it, I had my first platinum.
Rosie deserves a Platter-num Trophy for what she was served up in this podcast.
I like the new art. I remember I had the old one as the theme on my ps4 for a long time.
I find reviewing and finding trophies I haven't yet achieved in games I've played in the past gets me to go back and revisit games I would have otherwise forgotten, especially since I own so many digitally and they're simply out-of-sight and otherwise out-of-mind. There are wonderful games on PS4/PS5, but I revisit and enjoy some really great games from generations past, motivated just by trophy hunting.

Great podcast! Loved it. I just got my 41st platinum last week which was FFXV going through some games I have in my PS+ library and the PS Collection. I may have caught the bug trying to catch Rosie. The artwork for the podcast is also perfect. I had loads of fun looking at all the hidden details :)

Thoroughly enjoyed this chatty podcast - I didn't stop smiling, and that artwork is just "chef's kiss".
I will say I have some duplicates in my 76 platinums but I count them separately because they are PS3 to PS4 copies with separate lists and had to actually do everything twice
I am happy about the new PS+ tiers mainly because PSNow was not abailable in a lot of countries, and now that it will be part of PS+ (which IS abailable) we can have access to it

I just recently started having the sickness for Platinum Hunting. For the longest time, the only 2 Platinums that I had was Infamous 2 and the PS3 version of Jak & Daxter. Never really cared about the Platinum hunting until late I'm the PS4 cycle. I have 16 total now.
