JB weld saves the day. Nicely done.

Since you had previously tried installing the original Honda oem bushings and still had the same issue did you ever try an original Honda OEM swingarm bolt to see if it may have been a tad larger which would have fixed it?
I cannot see the Honda OEM bushing and axle having the same fitment/compatibility problem as usually Honda is top quality when it comes to such things.
I am considering buying one of these and if I do basically plan on disassembling and greasing the steering head bearings, changing the fork oil and checking for other fitment or adjustment concerns before ever riding the bike.
If an OEM swingarm bolt would fix the issue if it existed on the one I purchased that would be awesome and much easier to fix of course.

I “thought “ the bushings I ordered were OEM, but turns out they were not. The bolt that came with the machine fits through the frame tightly. So a larger bolt may not fit through the frame?

    Hello,
How has the JB Weld held up after putting some miles on the repair? Thanks!

Have put less than a 100 miles on it (it’s just my toy for the neighborhood) but it seems fine
