Do most SDCS kits come with both skeletons? Or do you have to separately purchase the CS skeleton?
you need to purchase separately except for the one RX78-2 version which includes both SD and CS frame (White)

Can i paint gunpla with acrylic paint ?
All types of paint (acrylic, enamel, laquor, etc) can work if you know how to use them, for acrylics the gunpla should definitely be primed or painted on top of another type of (non acrylic) paint since acrylic doesn't stick to plastic so well.
There's some other tips for acrylic gunpla painting (or plastic models in general) I'm probably missing that you could find if you searched them up

They need to stop destroy the cheap unicorn (sdcs, hg, mg), each of these kit get a bad thing, the articulation for the hg , the transformation of the mg who is awful (rg too), there only the pg (200$) who isn't bad...
