I had the same issue with my contact lenses and I could never take them out myself. I use to fold a cotton bud in half and use them like tweezers, works a treat! Xx

I’ve has hay fever for as long as I can remember but since 2020 it’s like vanished and I have like the odd day where it’s bad but nothing anywhere near as bad as it was. But my dad never had it growing up and then now has it really bad so you can grow into it and out of it!

Yes you can just get hayfever, my man suffered worse when he was little, still gets it but not as bad, but I just got it about 4 years ago , it’s the runny nose and sneezing 🤧 for me! I start hayfever tablets in February, they say local honey helps aswell xx

100% you can develop hayfever! I was 19 when I started to develop hayfever and pet hair/dust and my eyes were always so swollen and itchy but the highest dose of fexofenadine from the doctors helped

Get Certirizine to tackle hayfever as it also deals with dust, I only take it during Spring and Summer seasons as I used to suffer hayfever badly when I was younger because of the pollen

Ok so growing up I never had hayfever then when I was 23 I moved to Chester from Cornwall, was still fine then 2 years later I moved back to Cornwall and now every summer I suffer like mad with hayfever 🙄 so basically yes you can develop it later in life x

Yes Ana! You can get hayfever when older, I never used to have it and I didn’t get it till I was in my teens, now 24 and still have it. Sooo annoying! 😅

When I take my contacts out, I pull my eyelid down with one finger, look up, and take another finger to pull the contact down. Then I can pinch the contact with 2 fingers and take it out. Also, don't let them get too try or it will be hard to get them out

Yes you can get hay fever later in life. I did, along with trees, cat saliva, and mold which is the worst. After the trees drop their buds...and pollen

Bit random, but the marks and spencer stain remover spray bangs lol. Spray quite a bit on the stain and let it sit for like 30 mins, wash it and it should come out. I got food grease/oil out of a jumper with it x
Their clothes stain remover wipes are so good too!! Got pasta sauce out of my boyfriends white T-shirt straight away
Yeap - you can develop Hayfever at any time (any any allergy)! In my early 20s I suddenly started getting hayfever - verrry annoying! Get some antihistamines so you can take them before a day where the pollen level is high (it will say on the weather app) xx
