The story of liz and meliodas is one of the saddest stories ever made in anime.if you think about it they'll never be able to grow old with each other. They'll never be able to love each other to the fullest extent of their love. They'll watch each other die over and over just because they chose to love each other.

- it’s been 1 month till Mel death
- Elizabeth healed Mel wounds
- because of mersyulla magic that’s why Zaratras is back so she’s not dead
- Meliodas is in purgatory
- Mel is talking to his father who’s also in purgatory
- in the manga derrière and monspite along with graylord was with Estarossa also when escanor was walking towards Estarossa both derrière and monspite were hyping him up talking about how he’s a monster and stuff

Also i don't know if any of you are interested but in the manga they already explain what the curse is and why he is so attached to Elisabeth. I won't spoil anything, however i will confirm that Elizabeth is a reincarnation.

Yeah Meliodas is a bit of a creep (established in episode one) although to give ever so slight justification, his *real* curse and elizabeth's curse makes it make sense a little more. Still a really weird fuggin' scenario lmfao.
